Owners, Bill Galuchie and Jeremy Accardi have over 50 years experience combined. Budget Property Maintenance is licensed, insured, and owner-operated. Bill has a degree from Rutgers’ Horticultural Program. Jeremy has years of experience in the field. We service both residential and commercial properties throughout Central New Jersey.
